These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 18ph platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support resources. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

18ph operates under Philippine law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to PAGCOR mediation and Philippine courts.
Each player may hold only one active 18ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.
All bonuses and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
18ph uses automated systems to detect collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, and fraudulent play patterns. Accounts found in violation will be suspended pending investigation.

By accessing or using the 18ph platform at 18ph.club (the "Platform"), including all games, promotions, payment services, mobile interfaces, and related features, you ("User", "Player", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 18ph Gaming Corporation ("18ph", "we", "us", or "our"), a company duly registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 18ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
2.2 KYC Verification. All new 18ph accounts are subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. You must provide a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, or UMID) and a recent selfie photograph. 18ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active 18ph account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 18ph is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or play on the Platform.
2.5 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any misrepresentation, including but not limited to providing a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 18ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
3.2 You agree to notify 18ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our 24/7 support team.
3.3 18ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. All transactions completed using valid login credentials will be treated as authorized by the account holder.
3.4 You must not share your 18ph account with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 18ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No currency conversion fees are applied by 18ph.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods. 18ph currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay QR, and 7-Eleven cash payment. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified under the same name as the registered 18ph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
4.5 Transaction Finality. Once a bet has been placed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. 18ph reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error, manifest pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 18ph complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML guidelines. We reserve the right to request proof of the source of funds for any deposit and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending AML review.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards ("Bonuses") offered by 18ph are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your 18ph wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
5.3 Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
5.4 18ph reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer, modify Bonus terms, or void Bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or misuse of promotional conditions.
5.5 Only one Bonus may be active at a time per 18ph account unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotional terms.
6.1 All games available on 18ph use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are based on these certified systems.
6.2 Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. The Platform's recorded game history constitutes the authoritative record of all game outcomes.
6.3 Sports betting odds are provided in real time. 18ph reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or revise odds in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or obvious pricing mistakes.
6.4 In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 18ph's server, the server record shall prevail.

8.1 18ph is committed to responsible gaming. Under PAGCOR regulations, all players must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
8.2 18ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may activate self-exclusion from their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of thirty (30) days. Extended self-exclusion periods of 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are also available.
8.4 During any active self-exclusion period, 18ph will not send promotional communications to the excluded player. Marketing opt-out takes effect within 24 hours of self-exclusion activation.

9.1 All content on the 18ph Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of 18ph Gaming Corporation or its licensed content providers.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 18ph.
10.1 The 18ph Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times.
10.2 18ph shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.3 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Your privacy is important to 18ph. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 18ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Consumer Affairs and Legal Services. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.1 18ph reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.2 18ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, including where we have reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.3 Upon termination, any real-money funds remaining in your account (after deducting applicable bonus balances and any amounts subject to AML review) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
